Deliverable list: constraints icon on mouse hover is showing "Enable constraints" by default. On first Click it changed to "Enable Respect Links".

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to APQP
2. Select a project
3. Mouse hover the constraints icon in the Gantt page
4. Enable the constraint
5. Enter % completion for the task which predecessor set
6. Save the details, refresh and check the % completion

Description

1.The constraints icon on mouse hover is showing "Enable constraints" by default. On first Click it changed to "Enable Respect Links".
2.Even after enabling the respect links the constraints are not saving based on the predecessor assigned.
