Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gages
3. Put the status as "In Calibration and Pending for calibration"
4. enable all the study
5. Click on Bias button and stability
6. Observe the behavior

Description

Gages --> In Calibration and Pending for calibration - Disable the option to enter the data for Bias, GRR and stability for Variable, attribute. Here it shows the option to enter the data for bias and then the button is also enable to open the bias study
