Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIms as a PPT1 user
2.Go to doc pro
3.Make a change request for the integrated document from PPTSS
4.It will go via assign author
5.Login as as PPTSS admin
6.Click on the assign author
7.User should shows all the users in PPTSS group whoever has attach right rather it shows the PPTSS site user alone
