2.Change the user preference to Chinese or Spanish

Description

Issue #1 > Customize email messages -> Additional contexts are displayed in list
Issue #2 -> Customize email messages -> breadcrumb> ""Custom email"" text is supporting Multilanguage.
Issue #3 > Customize email messages -> Call for meeting link -> Paste option only displayed on right click menu and this option not supporting Multilanguage.
Issue #4> Language selection list > Language options should be displayed in respective language text.
Issue #5> Customize email messages > Cancellation email link -> Null text is displayed on email content.
Issue #6> Dynacode(Example: #Meeting Subject#) is not supporting Multilanguage
Issue #7-> Rich text control not supporting Multilanguage (Same occurs in meetings page)
Issue #8-> Meetings email (Invitation, Send mail and cancellation mail) > The content of the email is not proper and Attendance list is not displayed in meeting minutes email.
Issue #9> Meeting emails are generated but its not showing the content according to the related user preference language and date format
Issue #10 -> Entity Selection in all pages -> Search function is not working when search with Chinese characters
Spanish:
Issue #1> All emails -> Blank email contents are displayed.
