Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Production OEE
3. Select the production part
4. Click on Edit
5. Without entering the die and click on save button
6. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Production OEE--> Edit--> When tries to edit the production part, without entering the Die details, it getting saved the data - Closed

Issue 2: Production OEE--> Edit pop up window--> Break time and demand time is not a mandatory field - Open
