Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as APQP admin
2)Click on business rule menu under setup tab
3)Click on docpro level selection tab
4)Set level for the pillar
5)Go To Project listing
6)Create new project for the pillar(Level mapped)
7)Save the charter
8)Go To Docpro
9)Observe the project structure
