1.Login as boss user
2.Expand Interested party expectations menu
3.Click on Vision, Mission policy attachments
4.Click on Attach button for any one statement

"Policy attachments > Click on ""Attach"" button for any policy -> Attach document from Local machine ->
The page not displayed the newly attached document along with revised document attachment
Scenario:
> Click on ""Revise Document"" button after attached document from local machine
> Attach more than one document at a time and then click on done button
> This time newly added document is not displayed on list."
