Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Click on Defect PPM Report
3.Select operation category
4.Enter all fields in the filter section
5.Click on view report
6.Click on save button
7.Enter report name (There is no alert for mandatory field)
8.Now open the saved report
9.Observe that in saved report PI and Operation name is not showing in Filter section

Operation wise Defect PPM and Inspected Defect : While Opening the saved report PI and Operation name is not showing in Filter section

a.Worst Supplier Report : Saved report not opening "Show top" field displays blank
b.Defect PPM Report : Date picker : Show weekends in blue Color
c.In Save report part : If mandatory field is not given alert not showing
