Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS module
2. Navigate to APQP Module
3. Navigate to Setup->Business Rules->DocPro Level
4. Assign a DocPro Level to a pillar and Save it.
=> Now there is no option to remove the DocPro Level associated to the Pillar.
