Parameters - Saved successfully alert message is not showing, when creating the parameter and sub parameter. Once the page was refreshed, it showing properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM module administrator
2. Click on Parameters
3. Create a Parameter and sub parameter and click on save button
4. Observe the behavior
5. Enter 255 characters in parameter description field
6. Click on Refresh button and observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Parameters - Saved successfully alert message is not showing, when creating the parameter and sub parameter

Issue 2: Parameters - Need space between Parameter and Description

Issue 3: Parameters - Allow user to enter 255 characters and more in parameter description field

Issue 4: Parameters - If user tries to delete the dependency parameter, the alert showing. But the select all option is not getting disable from the checkbox

Note: Once we entered the data, need to click refresh button to view the created data

Grid refresh not working properly
