Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare Part master
3. Create a spare and click on delete button
4. Observe the error
5. Click on Select all and then click refresh icon
6. Observe the behavior
7. Click on search option and observe the category dropdown

Description

Issue 1: Spare Part Master--> When tries to delete the created and imported spare part master, it shows error like "error msg ReferenceError: MasterData is not defined"

Issue 2: Spare Part Master --> Refresh option is not working as expected. When clicking on select all option and then refresh button. First the selected item getting unchecked and then only the select all option is unchecked

Issue 3: Spare part Master --> Search dropdown --> Category dropdown option field is not needed
