Activity Master --> Required spare part --> Entered Required qty is not getting saved. Once the page was refreshed, it working properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM module administrator
2. Click on Activity master Required spare part
3. Select the Spare part and enter the qty
4. Observe the behavior
5. Click on Action delete button and observe the behavior
6. Select the Select All option
7. Click on Refresh button
8. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Activity Master --> Required spare part --> Entered Required qty is not getting saved. Once the page was refreshed, it working properly

Issue 2: Activity Master --> Required spare part --> The Action item delete function is not working

Issue 3: Activity Master --> Required spare part --> Refresh icon is not working properly. if selecting multiple item and clicking on refresh icon, the checked item not unchecked from the data
