Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Create a PI with a space (Eg:Item 1 A)
3.Publish the control plan
4.Perform In-process inspection scheduling
5.Click on In-process Inspection
6.Open Inspection entry pop-up
7.Observe that PI name in Inspection entry pop-up is showing "%20" where space is used
