1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) upload audit record
4) Upload audit result
5) Click on Audit activities and perform actions in description

Description

1) Calendar in audit activities is not displaying Today's date
2) Process activities Done button should be placed on RHS of refresh button
3) Though process selected and saved nothing happen
