Description

Please see the below issues

1.Wrong options are displayed in the drop down for status column
2.Email type column : Icons can be aligned towards center
3.Email type column : For reminder email showing wrong icon
4.Can have a text near enable button like click here to enable or disable emails
5.Can have breadcrumb
