In Competency improvement page, Status search not working according to the selection

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into HR Pro as Admin.
2. Go to Competency tab.
3. Click on Competency Evaluation menu.
4. Go to user selection and pick a user.
5. M=Now click on Action button.
6. Select Not equal in search in the status column.
search with both combination and observe
