http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Actions→Intial evaluation completed
4.Click on select team
6.Observe result
7.Refer screenshot

Description

After creating new team in setup→teams , while creating a new concern and trying to select team in intial evaluation-Completed page ,the current teams area displays as no data found when team details already exists
