New document draft and change request throws error when the document attachment has more than 200 characters.In new document request, it shows like the document is published but its no where displayed

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on New document draft

2.Enter the document number and name

3.Attach the document(PFA for reference)

4.Click on continue

Error occurs
Same behavior in change request

In new doc request, the doc is showing like published but its not displayed anywhere

Description

When the attachment has more number of characters(more than 200), then the document is showing like published in new doc request, but not showing anywhere in Ewqims. Throws error in change request and new doc draft
