1.Login as boss user
2.Click on Entity selection icon wherever we use
3.Enter the search input
4.Check the focus

Description

Click on Entity Selection Icon -> Enter the search input in search field -> Press enter button -> Alert message displayed as "Please select KPI" instead of search results, Some time Alert message displayed as "Saved Successfully"
Note: Same issue occurs in Benchmarking, Copy interested party expectations, Goals and objectives, Vision and mission,Meetings, Proposal Rating - Entity selection page
