1. View checkpoint button << is not working

2. Unable to view the checkpoint details fully (system showing till reaction plan)

3. Score field data design is not correct ( N/A is displaying horizontally)

Fill Checklist -> Various issues in fill checklist page

1. View checkpoint button << is not working

2. Unable to view the checkpoint details fully (system showing till reaction plan)

3. Score field data design is not correct ( N/A is displaying horizontally)

4. Score Page design is not good. Score and Max Score details are showing horizontally

5. Assign / Remove Checklist -> Done button is not updated as per latest design.
