Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Navigate to APQP Module.
3. Click on Projects -> Projects tab.
4. Click on 'New' button.
5. Under Project Folder Structure, Select 'Create Project Folder Structure under a specific DocPro Level'.
6. Click on 'Select Level' button
=> Doc Pro Level Selection popup does not open up.
