Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Click on Element field add the multiple element and edit one element observe the data of other
4. Click on save button and observe the alert
5. Click on Activity tab
6. Edit the activity and click on Element dropdown field
7. Observe the data

Description

Issue 1: Equipment - While editing the equipment and clicking on save button, it shows alert like "Do you want to change the Production start date"

Issue 2: Equipment - Element - When tries to edit and save the Element, it getting affected for all the existing row

Issue 3: Equipment - Activity - Created Element is not showing in the Element dropdown field
