PI Creation - Unable to create Purchased PI. Radio button is not working in Create PI window.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI

3.Right Click on any PI and select Create production Item

4.Enter the PI name and select the radio button for Purchased option

Description
