There is no refresh of the Risk identified column

Steps To Reproduce:

• Go to PFMEA->remove the Value in SPPC name Column
• See the Risk Identification Column ->"Acceptable" Change to green
• Again add value in Sppc name
• See the Risk Identification Column observe result.

Description

When selecting a SPPC Characteristic the "Acceptable" color is green, when it should be blue. When I change the characteristics there is no refresh of the Risk identified column. Need to refresh to apply the changes.
