Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aqua-pro.
2.Select Aqua-pro menu ->click main.
3.Select a any production item.
4.Select any Dfmea or PFMEA document ->right click and click publish
5.Dialog box appear at the bottom publishing state Click find button.
6.Observe result.
