Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Entity
3) Select the Entity
4) Add BU , SF ,ET
5) Click on BU,SF,ET Drop down
6) Observe system displays No data found
7) Refresh the page and perform the same action again
8) Observe
