In new Position creation page, report direct field toggle button only has "+" symbol for Expand and collapse. For collapse need "-" button

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to HR Pro as Administrator.
2. Go to setup menu.
3. Click on Positions menu.
4. Click on Add in listing page.
5. Enter the position name, Description.
6. In direct reporting click on "+" button and observe
