Receiving Inspection & Inspection Entry: By entering the "Receipt No" as Ex: "RR#12" and all the required details in the Inspection Entry its not moving and opening the Inspection Form

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EWQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Select Inspection Entry & Receiving Inspection Menu
5.Select the Inspection Entry and Enter all the Mandatory Fields
6.Enter the "Receipt No" Ex: "RR#12" and Submit the Entry
7.Observe the Results

Observation: After Entering all the Mandatory details and also Entering "Receipt No" and clicking on Submit Button its not moving to open the Inspection Entry Form for Inspecting
