Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Open the project from the listing
3)Select the Deliverable
4)Click on Periodic update for all users icon
5)Click on Edit
6)Enter the Record
7)Click on Save
9)Observe the issue

Description

1)Selecting the future date - Alert is empty
2)Not Mentioning the hours - Alert is empty
3)Even after giving valid data and clicking on save - Showing red alert with empty message
4)Click on Delete icon in the Action column for the users - removing the edit and delete icon
5)No need of selection box and Delete icon for the periodic update
