Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Module Admin and select the module as "MSA pro".
2.Click on Stability
3.Click on New->Enter all mandatory field
4.Click on Generate form
5.Click on calendar icon in data entry screen
4.Observe the screen

datetimepicker not in common control so we are using separte datetimepicker

Stability->Data entry screen->While clicking on calendar icon,the calendar screen should be display blank.Not able to view the calendar.Refer screenshot

This needs to be addressed in the next build, As this is the last build and as of now didnt get the fix, And it is not so critical issue moving to the next release/build if any.
