Not able to redirect from any of the menus under itemdefenition to Requirement flow down items

1. Login as RFD admin
2. Select a PI
3. Select Item definition(Architectural block diagram)
4. Select Requirement flowdown option
5. Select any menus under it(VOC)
6. Observe the behavior
