1.Go to boss and open setup
2.click supplier and crete new by click on new button

Description

1.Supplier - breadcrumb UI not correct
2.Supplier creation page - Breadcrumb UI not correct, Multi language not handled showing as THL. And for supplier name and supplier code text field showing as alert with 'THL'(refer image). Scroll down is present. Page is not proper.
3.SQI Engineer and manager select users page having + icon for done button and having 2 scroll downs
4.search - Registration status - Not having drop down
