Other interested party Page - Delete issue,breadcrumb shows wrongly (Check description and image)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to Boss and open the setup menu
2.Select the other interested party and create new by click on new button

Description

1.Other interested party - Breadcrumb showing wrongly
2.Adding other interested party page - Add address - Default showing the state and city without choosing country. And after save it is not saved and records is not displayed.
3.The records not able to delete. But shows the alert message "deleted successfully"
