Evaluation page - Delete issue, scroll issue (check description for detail)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to HRPRP and open the training menu
2. And select the evaluation.

Description

1.Evaluation - Deleting the evaluation shows alert deleted. But it is not deleted. Refresh the and comeback to evaluation page (default opening page)
2.Breadcrumb is not present
3.Search - Submission type search not having online dropdown. Also By questions and By comments are included in the search dropdown lists
4.BY questions - On opening the page shows above alert in all the pages. By comments page - On opening the page shows the alert and during the search throws the alert for each time we search
5. scroll downs are present in the both pages in by questions and by comments (in and out of the page)
6.After complete the test, If the user score zero it shows as participant didnot attend the test

Not fixed
1.After delete in any evaluation, it land on the post test evaluation page.But gets deleted now
4.Search not work in the by question page(evaluation detail search). By comments page - On opening the page shows the alert and during the search throws the alert for each time we search
5. scroll downs are present in the both pages in by questions and by comments (in and out of the page)
