1.Go to HRPRO and open the survey page.
2.Select question format

Description

1.Question format - While adding question format new. It opens in the background
2.Deleting question format refresh the survey page. And its not get deleted
Question format list - Question preview page not proper
3.Add question format popup - Without enter any data click save. It closes the popup
4: Delete button not working in Format popup page(both delete)
