Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Plant Configuration menu
3. Click on Autonomous tab and observe the add button
4. Click on Activity tab
5. Click on Select activity and observe the list

Issue 1: Plant Configuration and Equipment --> Autonomous tab --> Add button is showing in the grid(In old screen, there is no add button in Grid)

Issue 2: Plant Configuration -->Activity tab--> selected activity is not showing in the list
