Risk category - When add and delete the category. And again add the same category which is deleted. It shows already exists

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to Boss and open Boss setup menu
2.Select risk setup and open the risk category.
3.Click on add and enter the data in popup and click save.
4.Then delete the record using delete button or action icon.
5.Again add the same which is deleted and see the result
