closedUsers->Unlock Users is not working and displays error in validation and After User is unlocked

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Click on users
3) Click on Unlock users
4) select the user to unlock
5) Click on Unlock
6) Observe by navigating with unlocked user in another browser

Users->Unlock Users is not working when selected the user and unlocked the session of the selected user is not getting expired

Displays Validation to unlock after that nothing happens user still available on the other side session of the restored user is signing off

Session will expire to the first user..once he clicks the menus.
