1. Login EwQIMS as RFD module administrator
2. Click on Main and select the Production Item
3. Click on Item element option
4. Create Item element for selected PI
5. Observe the screen

Description
Issue 1: Item Element --> When adding the sub element for the selected PI, Requirement Flowdown icon and Item element option getting hidded at top of the screen. Refer screenshot
Issue 2: Item Element --> Saved successfully alert indication showing in red color. (Need Green color indication for saved and updated alert message)
Issue 3: Item Element-->Once the sub element is saved, not able to close the saved successfully close icon
