Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to module as admin
2) Click on systems
3) Click on manufacturer
4) Create a new manufacturer as active
5) Click on add button to add address
6) Fill all the fields and save
7) Observe the address area

Description

Added address of manufacturers is not displaying in address area and also add window should be center aligned.
