Chrome & Mozilla firefox->Gages types->Unit of measurement-> While clicking on UOM menu, it shows error message.If click on ok option, it displays add and search option twice.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Module Admin and select the module as "MSA pro".
2. Click on Gages types
3. Click on New->Click on Unit of measurement(+)
4. Observe the error message
