Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on PM Supervisor calendar and Scheduled and Assigned wo
3. Click on Definition code
4. Click on Select activity button
5. Add the activity from activity pop up window
6. Observe the data
7. Refresh the screen and observe the data
