1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Right click on the Global PI and Select a Production Item

4.Click on the AIAG-VDA Design Menu. New window will open

5.Click on Process VDA tab and select Functional/Failure Analysis menu

6.In Tree/Table view, Right click on Characteristics/Failure/Effect/Cause

7.select Change option

8.Observe the existing item Checkbox
