Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part delivery menu
3. Click on Search - Work order type
4. Click on Action edit icon
5. Enter the data without entering Reason
6. Click on Save button
7. Click on Search dropdown list Req qty cost and Total approved qty

Description

Issue 3: Search(Entry screen)--> Req QTY cost field is not in the listing field but showing in the search dropdown list - Open

Issue 4: Search(Entry Screen)--> Search is not working for the Actual qty, delivered qty and cost - Open

Issue 5: Spare part delivery --> Action--> Edit icon--> When tries to save the pop up window without entering the reason, the default value of reason is shows as "0" - Open

Issue 6: Spare part delivery --> When clicking on submit button, the saved successfully alert showing in red color indication - Closed

Issue 1: Spare part delivery--> Search(Listing screen) --> When clicking on Workorder type, it is not showing the entry field to search the data - Closed

Issue 2: Spare part delivery--> Action --> Once we edited the data, the Edit and delete icon is not showing in the action field - Closed
