Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on PM Supervisor calendar
3. Click on PM Maintenance details
4. Click on Definition code
5. Click on Requested by icon
6. Add spare part and click on edit icon in action field
7. Observe the reason field in Add pop up window

Description

Issue 1: PM supervisor calendar--> PM maintenance list-->Definition code--> Spare part Request--> Click on Icon--> Once we tries to edit the added spare part details, the edit icon and delete icon getting disappeared from the action field

Issue 2: PM supervisor calendar--> PM maintenance list-->Definition code--> Spare part Request-->Click on Edit icon in Action field--> Observe the Reason field in pop up window, it displays "0" value as default
