closedPM supervisor calendar--> PM maintenance details--> Definition code--> Spare part Request--> When selecting the Requested by and Maintenance person details, the Saved successfully alert is showing in red color indication

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on PM supervisor calendar
3. Click on Scheduled or Assigned WO
4. Click on Definition code
5. Click on Spare part Request
6. Select the user for requested by and maintenance store keeper
7. Observe the alert message color indication
8. Click on Requested by icon, select the different user
9. Observe the alert and observe the field
10. Click on Add button in spare part request pop up window
11. Without entering the required qty close the pop up window
12. Observe the behavior
13. Click on Add button
14. Mandatory field intimation is missing for Item description and Req qty field
Description
Issue 1 : PM supervisor calendar--> PM maintenance details--> Definition code--> Spare part Request--> When selecting the Requested by and Maintenance person details, the Saved successfully alert is showing in red color indication
Issue 2: Spare part Request pop up window--> Add--> Without entering the Required qty details and tries to save the pop up, the window getting closed without showing the alert messsage
Issue 3: Spare part Request pop up window--> Add--> Item description and Req qty is a mandatory field, the intimation is missing
Issue 4: PM supervisor calendar--> PM maintenance details--> Definition code--> Spare part Request--> When selecting the Requested by, while clicking on different person. The alert shows saved successfully, but the selected user is not showing in the field
