Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Module Admin and select the module as "MSA pro". 
2.Click on Setup Menu. 
3.Click on Assign department sub menu. 
4.Click on Create Department menu & Enter all details
5.Click on Search menu 
6.Observe the Entity/Department cell
