Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as APQP admin
2)Go To Project Listing Page
3)Select the project
4)Click on Change Request
5)Select the category and generate Request
6)Fill the form
7)Submit the form (Auto approval)
8)Now Go To DocPro
9)Select the modules levels from TOC
10)Observe the suite level which is missing
