Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to APQP
2. Select Risk setup under setup
3. Select Any menu
4. Select the dropdown near search option and search with the dropdown options

Risk Setup-
1.The search option for risk area under Risk category menu
2.Priority rating is not searchable under Priority Score menu
3.Priority Score calculation is showing search dropdown with additional fields
