The alert message showing after saving is not showing as per new UI Change

1. Login to RFD
2. Add a new Production item
3. Click on create
4. Check for the alert

Description

The alert message showing after saving a Production item is wrong, Also not allowing to close the message.
Facing this issue in other pages too eg: Architectural block diagram,Import option Refer attachments
1.Delete successfully alert should be in red color
